Delete in the game
- In the game, open Settings and tap Delete online records on the Usage stats · Online records row.
- Confirm, and your account on Unity's servers (including the Google Play Games link), your leaderboard and Arena records, and your Cloud Save copy are deleted. This cannot be undone.
- Your progress and purchased items on your phone stay as they are. To delete the records on your phone too, delete the app or clear the app's storage in your phone settings.
- If you play online again after deleting, a new account and a new copy are created.
Request by email (without the game)
Send an email to the address below. Include the nickname shown on the leaderboard (if any), the approximate date you last played, and your phone model, and we will find and delete your records.

What is deleted
Your player ID and Google Play Games link, nickname, leaderboard and Arena records, the build shown on the leaderboard (names of character, weapon, Blessings, gear), and your Cloud Save copy and its summary (save time, device model, best floor, number of runs, number of Gems).
What remains
The minimum details of payment, delivery, and refund records (order number, item, time, status) are kept as order records in the Google Play Console for 5 years (3 years for dispute records), as required by Korean law. See the privacy policy for details.
Good to know
- Processing time: usually within 7 days, and no later than 30 days, with a reply.
- Deleting online records does not delete the game or purchased items on your phone. Data deletion is not a refund request — for refunds, please use Google Play's refund process.
- Your Google account itself is not deleted.
